Terms and conditions of Special Edition

1 General
1.1 Special Edition is based in Leiden on July 18, 2011 and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce, under number 53,167,554.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all offers of Special Edition.
1.3 Special Edtion guarantees that the product supplied meets the state offered specifications.
2 Delivery
2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last. Products are removed from the website if they are no longer available.
2.2 On festivals or conventions the stock mentioned on the website may not be up to date. If the buyer still has ordered a out of stock product we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a fit solution.
2.3 All terms mentioned are indicative. No rights can be founded.
2.4 We deliver products via PostNL for small quantities. We ship larger quantities (parcels) via DHL, while VAT is calculated.
3 Prices
3.1 Prices will not be raised during the course of an offer.
3.2 All prices on the site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
3.3 All prices on the site are in Euros and inclusive of 6% VAT for books / manga and 21% for all other products.
3.4 Prices of used good have a different VAT value.
4. Term / right of withdrawal
4.1 Within 7 days after delivery you the goods (or part thereof) to return without reason after a notification to info@special–edition.nl
Return should be done in the original package, in the original condition in which the goods are delivered. If it appears that the goods have been used or damaged, the right of rescission expires. Special Edition will be within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the purchase price including the shipping refund to you. Shipping costs of the return of goods is entirely at the expense of the buyer.
4.2 Return rights does not apply to products that can not be returned for example by both hygiene and sealed products whose seal is broken.
5. Data
5.1 When you place an order with Special Edition, your information may be included in the customer database of Special Edition. Special Edition adheres to the “Persoonsregisteraties” Act and will not provide your information to third parties.

6. Guarantees

6.2 The buyer is obliged to check the delivered products. 7 Offers
7.1 Offers are not binding, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

12 Retention of title.
