1 General<\/span>
 
1.1 Special<\/span> Edition<\/span> is based in<\/span> Leiden on<\/span> July 18, 2011<\/span> and is registered<\/span> with the Chamber<\/span> of Commerce,<\/span> under number <\/span> 53,167,554<\/span>.
1.2<\/span> These terms and<\/span> conditions apply<\/span> to all offers of<\/span> Special Edition.<\/span>
1.3<\/span> Special<\/span> Edtion<\/span> guarantees that the product<\/span> supplied meets the<\/span> state<\/span> offered<\/span> specifications<\/span>.
 
 
2<\/span> Delivery<\/span>
 
2.1 Delivery takes place<\/span> while stocks last<\/span>. Products are<\/span> removed from the website<\/span> if<\/span> they are no longer<\/span> available<\/span>.
2.2<\/span> On festivals or conventions <\/span>the stock<\/span> mentioned on the website<\/span> may not be<\/span> up to date<\/span>.<\/span> If<\/span> the buyer<\/span> still<\/span> has ordered<\/span> a out of stock product we will<\/span> contact you as soon as possible and offer you a fit solution.<\/span>
2.3 All terms mentioned<\/span> are indicative.<\/span> No rights<\/span> can be founded<\/span>.
2.4<\/span> We deliver<\/span> products via<\/span> PostNL<\/span> for small<\/span> quantities.<\/span> We ship<\/span> larger quantities<\/span> (<\/span>parcels) via DHL<\/span>, while VAT<\/span> is<\/span> calculated<\/span>.
 
 
3<\/span> Prices<\/span>
 
3.1<\/span> Prices will not be<\/span> raised during the course<\/span> of an offer<\/span>.
3.2 All prices<\/span> on the site are<\/span> subject to<\/span> misprints.<\/span> For the consequences of<\/span> misprints no<\/span> liability is accepted.<\/span>
3.3 All<\/span> prices on the site<\/span> are in Euros<\/span> and inclusive of<\/span> 6% VAT<\/span> for<\/span> books \/<\/span> manga<\/span> and 21% for<\/span> all other products.
3.4 Prices of used good have a different VAT value.<\/span>
 
 
4. Term<\/span> \/<\/span> right of withdrawal<\/span>
 
4.1 Within<\/span> 7 days after delivery<\/span> you<\/span> the goods<\/span> (or<\/span> part thereof)<\/span> to return<\/span> without reason<\/span> after a<\/span> notification to<\/span> info@special<\/span>–<\/span>edition.nl
Return<\/span> should be done in<\/span> the original package<\/span>, in the original condition<\/span> in which<\/span> the goods are delivered<\/span>. If it appears that<\/span> the goods have been<\/span> used or damaged,<\/span> the right of rescission<\/span> expires.<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> will be<\/span> within 30<\/span> days of receipt of<\/span> the goods, the<\/span> purchase<\/span> price including the<\/span> shipping<\/span> refund to you<\/span>. Shipping costs of the<\/span> return of goods<\/span> is<\/span> entirely at the expense<\/span> of the buyer.<\/span>
4.2<\/span> Return rights does not apply to<\/span> products that can not<\/span> be returned<\/span> for example by<\/span> both hygiene and<\/span> sealed<\/span> products whose<\/span> seal<\/span> is broken.<\/span>
 
5. Data<\/span>
 
5.1<\/span> When you place<\/span> an order with<\/span> Special Edition<\/span>, your information may be included in<\/span> the customer database of<\/span> Special Edition.<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> adheres to the<\/span> “Persoonsregisteraties”<\/span> Act and will<\/span> not provide your information<\/span> to third parties.<\/span>
5.2<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> respects the privacy<\/span> of the users of<\/span> the website<\/span> and ensures<\/span> confidentiality of<\/span> your personal information.<\/span>
5.3<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> sometimes makes<\/span> use of<\/span> a mailing list.<\/span> Each mailing includes<\/span> instructions to remove<\/span>. Yourself from this list<\/span>
 
 
6. Guarantees<\/span>
 
6.1<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> ensures that the products<\/span> supplied by the company<\/span> comply with<\/span> the requirements of usability<\/span> and reliability.<\/span> And we stand<\/span> for the manufacturer<\/span> of the product<\/span> delivered to you.<\/span>
6.2 The<\/span> buyer<\/span> is obliged to check<\/span> the delivered products.<\/span> Immediately upon receipt<\/span> If it appears that<\/span> the<\/span> wrong<\/span> goods<\/span>, inadequate or incomplete been delivered<\/span>, you must notify<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> via<\/span> info@special<\/span>–<\/span>edition.nl this immediately.<\/span> Return<\/span> should be done in<\/span> an appropriate<\/span> container<\/span>, in the original condition<\/span> in which the products<\/span> have been sent<\/span> to you.<\/span>
6.3<\/span> If the<\/span> complaint is justified<\/span>, the<\/span> product will be replaced<\/span> free of charge<\/span>, or<\/span> refund the purchase price<\/span> will be<\/span> refunded to your<\/span> account.<\/span>
6.4<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> is not responsible<\/span> for any other<\/span> form of<\/span> damage or consequential damage<\/span>.
 
 
7<\/span> Offers<\/span>
 
7.1<\/span> Offers are not binding<\/span>, unless otherwise stated<\/span> in the offer.<\/span>
7.2<\/span> Oral agreements<\/span> commit<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> only<\/span> he has confirmed<\/span> them in writing.<\/span>

8.3 All<\/span> orders are<\/span> processed only<\/span> after receipt of<\/span> payment.<\/span>
 
 
9. Images and<\/span> specificaities<\/span>
 
9.1 All illustrations<\/span> and specifications are<\/span> indicative<\/span> and<\/span> may<\/span> not lead to damages<\/span> or rescission of the<\/span> contract.<\/span>
 
 
10<\/span> Force Majeure<\/span>
 
10.1<\/span> Special Edition<\/span> is not liable<\/span> if<\/span> she can not<\/span> be fulfilled due<\/span> to force majeure.<\/span>
10.2<\/span> Force majeure<\/span> means<\/span> anything<\/span> strange<\/span> reason<\/span> does<\/span> not<\/span> belong<\/span> to<\/span> the risk of<\/span> Special Edition.<\/span>

11 Liability<\/span>.
 
11.1<\/span> Special Edition is<\/span> not liable for damage<\/span> caused by misuse<\/span> of the products.<\/span>
 
 
12<\/span> Retention of title<\/span>.
 
12.1<\/span> Goods of<\/span> Special<\/span> Edtion<\/span> Special<\/span> Editon<\/span> remain the property of<\/span> the<\/span> customer to<\/span> his \/ her<\/span> obligation<\/span> is<\/span> met.<\/span>
 
 
13 Applicable<\/span> law \/ jurisdiction<\/span>
 
13.1 All agreements<\/span> are subject to Dutch<\/span> law.<\/span>
