Een vreemde mag\u00efer geeft hem de opdracht ee nyakuzabaas te doden om zo een grote bendeoorlog te starten. Maar in plaats van Mizuki is het een rivaliserende huurmoordenaar die de yakuzabaas ombrengt. Het is een vreemde situatie, die Mizuki echter niet belet zijn vergoeding in ontvangst te nemen en te vertrekken. Maar dan kruist de mysterieuze rivaal zijn pad.. Na de adrenalinestoot Dead or Alive neemt cultregisseur Mike wat gas terug in dit iets rustiger maar niet minder bizarre vervolg.
